I am currently recruiting for a well-established logistics company based in Redditch. They are looking to expand their team. This position is a pivotal role and very well respected.

Day to day duties will include the following:
. Arranging shipping of freight and trailer planning
. Dealing with queries and ensuring the highest levels of customer service
. Building excellent relationships with customers
. Dealing with administration and updating the systems
. Ensuring all deliveries go out on time

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
. Good communicator both written and verbal
. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
. Experience using Microsoft office applications
. Previous experience in a Transport/freight/logistics environment is essential

Working in-between 8am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
