Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor for one of the Bath's leading Automotive companies. We need a skilled, determined candidate with a hands-on approach to join our client's team.
Salary - OTE £30,000+
Duties:

* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Completing repair orders
* Taking care of all their servicing and repair needs
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Informing customers of repairs required
* Making sure work is completed on time and to schedule

Skills:

* Previous experience in a Service Advisor role ideally with Kerridge would be advantageous.
* Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
* Able to work well in a fast paced environment
* Well organised
* Positive attitude
* Great listening and communication skills
