Commercial Account Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial account adviser based in Meriden to work on a Fixed term contract for 12 months with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. This is a full time position working Monday Friday 08:30 -17:00 paying £21,000.
Responsibilities:
role handles transaction processing both from a customer service perspective and a compliance and revenue generation perspective. Whilst running pallet accounting systems the CAA must ensure that transactions are quickly and properly processed, customer pallet accounting is correctly administered, The process also involves compliance monitoring to ensure that we help and support customers in using the system properly without undue cost or penalty. This team shares responsibility for Customer ordering and receipt of despatch information, data processing, reconciliation of data following stock counts, maintenance of contracts price increases, and customer problem solving, amongst other tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent and experience of customer liaison in a busy environment. They should be bright and personable and able to work well with a variety of people.
