Are you a Site Manager with a strong residential construction background, looking for a management position where you will be responsible for the development of a multi-million pound site?

You will be responsible for coordinating all employees and contractors, and overseeing the safe and timely construction of the entire site. This role would suit an experienced site manager with a background of residential development who wants to have a direct impact on the success of a construction project.

The project involves the construction of 18 Units based in the heart of Croydon.

Ideal Experience, Licenses and Certifications;

Previous residential experience is a must

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
