My client, based in Trafford Park, are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join an established team.

This is a temp to perm role. Please note that due to the location of this role and training requirements own transport is essential.

Previous customer service experience is essential.

Duties will include:

* Processing customer orders
* Answering customer service queries
* Booking deliveries and scheduling
* Updating internal systems
* Invoicing
* Processing returns

Applicants must be a team player with a focus on customer service. You should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. You should also have excellent IT skills.

Salary: £8.80 per hour

Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
