CALLING ALL ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYORS!!- WE NEED YOU**

We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious, driven and ready to make a move into a fantastic opportunity within an exciting and dynamic consultancy. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an exciting team working on high end residential projects. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the Surveying industry working on a range of exciting residential projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Pre and Post contract services
* Attend site meetings
* Produce documents to tender
* Contract Administration
* Valuations
* Cost Management

REQUIREMENTS:

* Interested in becoming chartered
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
* Experience working in a consultancy or client side organisation
* Experienced in both pre and post contract work
* Excellent client facing abilities
* Experience working on residential projects
* Tenacious attitude, with a desire to succeed and progress in their career
