About:

A very prestigious and luxury, lifestyle travel management company is looking for an experienced, luxury travel concierge manager, to work in their travel/tour operation team, based at the HO in central London.

The ideal candidate is one who is looking for an exciting challenge, is very hands on, target driven and will be instrumental in driving the growth of the tour operator side of the business forward through use of their sales skills and luxury product knowledge.

The role:

Responsibility for client contact on their booking from start to finish
Creating tailor made, high value, luxury travel packages for member and non-member clients
Liaising with the Lifestyle Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Resolving any client complaints quickly and efficiently

The person:

3+ years luxury travel and client concierge experience with exceptional customer service skills
Entrepreneurial approach with experience of liaising with VIP/high net worth individuals
Target driven and sales focused with proven successful sales track record
Confident, with the ability to drive new business and sales, whilst growing existing clients business
