Have you worked in Financial Services/Insurance/Banking/Debt Management? If so we want to hear from you!

My client will provide you with opportunity, training and personal development plans to help you achieve great things! Their employees are their greatest asset and that is why they continuously win awards for their commitment to investing in its work force.

They are well established within Financial Services offering customers expert advice and provide guidance on how to manage their finances through tough times.

You will be speaking with existing customers who are due for an annual review of their financial situation and discuss debt solutions based on their individual needs.

Duties

* Contacting existing customers to review their financial circumstances
* Discuss various debt solutions tailored to each customer
* Provide advice to customers on ways they can save money i.e. Utilities
* Establish an extensive income and expenditure outcome using internal system
* Review any changes to circumstances that impact payment plans/solutions
* Identify customers who require additional support and flag to the internal specialist support unit when necessary

Requirements

* Experience of working in a Financial Services/Debt Management/Insurance/Banking environment is desirable
* Attention to detail and accuracy in information captured
* Work well within a team environment and individually
* Experienced at working to target in a fast paced, pressured environment
* A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
