Our client based on the outskirts of Northampton are currently seeking an ACCA Qualified Management Accountant to join their expanding team! Working within an extremely well established, national organisation you will be working within a finance team of 20 - all with varying titles and experiences. This organisation truly are very passionate about investing in their staff, developing and growing their internal talent with many members of the team given the opportunity to study their CIMA, ICM, PRINCE2 and various other qualifications.

Key Duties:

* Preparing of weekly and monthly accounts ensuring the highest level of attention to detail is applied and all accounts are prepared within the relevant time scales
* Completing all bank reconciliations
* Supporting the Sales & Purchase Ledger teams as required
* Completing various internal audits alongside the senior finance team
* Completing various projects
* Ensuring the business is constantly improving their accuracy and reducing any errors that may be occurring
* Developing and managing financial systems/policies
* Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure in line with business requirements ensuring all reports are completed within the agreed time frame

Candidate Requirements:

* ACCA Qualified
* Experience working within a practice environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team as an individual
* Accuracy and an eye for detail
* Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
* IT literate
* Ability to organize and manage various work loads

Salary:

* Competitive - Dependent on Experience

Price / Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum
