Amoria Bond are currently looking for a Resource Manager for one of our Rail contracting clients based in the South West of England. This is a contract or permanent vacancy with the ideal candidate coming from a blue collar resource management & recruitment background within the Rail, Civil Engineering or Power related industries.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Resourcing Manager function
- Comes from a recruitment or trades background with experience in relative industries
- Experience in presenting Safety Critical discussions
- Highly organised & strong communicator

Duties include:
- Management of contracted staff across respective projects
- Recruiting blue collar / safety critical "on site" staff
- Assisting in the maintenance and management of the companies vehicles, PPE, medical tests & HSQE records.
- Management of compliance and Sentinel related issues

Salary/Day Rate:
Perm: £35-47.5K Annual
