Truck Invoice Administrator - Main HGV Dealership - Grays

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced administrator who must have time served within a Truck or HGV environment.

The Role
As an Administrator you will be a key part of the business, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with workshop and retail customers face to face or over the phone.

As part of a Commercial Vehicle Service Facility most of the customers are business owners and any downtime with their vehicles and equipment is hugely costly. This means we require Administrators with some experience of Heavy Vehicles, Light Commercial Vehicles or Plant Machinery.

As part of a small team you may sometimes be required to take up other responsibilities, essentially teamwork will be very important to the role.

Role Requirements
To be a success in this role, you will have:

* Experience as an Administrator within a Truck, Van or Plant Machinery Service Facility
* Effective communication skills
* Commitment to delivering customer excellence
* A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* An aptitude for learning technical information

Package

* £25 to £27K Basic salary dependent on experience
* 45 Hours Per Week to include alternate Saturday Mornings
