As a Technical Manager, you will be working on an amazing scheme in the heart of Westminster right on the River Thames. The project consists of 199 luxury apartments, a large leisure facility, cinema, gym, business suite and a 2-storey basement car park. At £145m build cost, it will have a 10-storey new build section as well as Grade II Listed elements.
You will be part of a technical team of 6 staff reporting to the Technical Director and the ideal candidate would have previous experience in the luxury residential or Listed Building market.

The Position:

The position is a Technical Manager and you will be responsible for:

- Oversee preparation of the optimisation plans through to approval.
- Brief, manage and drive the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme.
- Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications for approval.
- Ensure that drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme.

The position would suit someone with a background in a developer or from a contractor background.
