Upon commencement of the highly competitive graduate scheme offered at Mackenzie Stuart, you will receive extensive training with the Senior Management team and Senior Executive Consultants providing you with the tools necessary to excel at the job. Once training is complete you will quickly become an Executive Search Consultant assisting and managing high level executive search processes within the Ingredients & Chemicals Division. You will become an integral part of the Ingredients & Chemicals team, working and learning from senior consultants to create and build a network of key clients and contacts. You will do this by representing executive highly skilled professionals within various functions of the sector in order to establish key relationships with clients by representing the best talent within the market. You will connect with leading multinationals and innovative SMEs in order to create an integrated network of candidates and clients, working in conjunction with the Divisions established relationships and developing your own.

The Ingredients & Chemicals team has established senior consultants working within sector and we are looking for a highly skilled graduate to join the organization to further develop the market. The successful graduate will have responsibility for recruitment across the Food & Beverage Ingredients market. You will work closely with the Senior Consultant that manages the Ingredients & Chemicals function in order to collaborate on key recruitment assignments, whilst also liaising with the Divisional Manager to receive expert advice and counsel.

This position offers an excellent remuneration package and the ability to progress rapidly within a meritocracy organization. Hard work and determination are rewarded with the ability to begin a management role after a year should the consultant be successful. The graduate scheme offers an unparalleled commission scheme, with quarterly reviews and targets which lead to increases on your base salary. Expected remuneration for on average for a first year consultant is between £40,000 and £70,000.

Requirements:
Degree Educated (Food Science, Nutrition, Sports Science (or any chemistry/science related), will also look at other degrees dependent upon applicant.
You will be competitive, hard working and preferably have previous sales experience; however this is not essential.
Must be a professional and confident communicator, with the ability to work effectively independently and on team recruitment projects

Price / Salary: £18000 - £22000/annum and Uncapped Commission
