Place Recruitment is proud to launch Accounts Assistant roles throughout Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Birmingham, and Manchester.

These positions are being recruited on a temporary basis, so please apply if you are looking for temporary work.

A suitable candidate will:

- Have exceptional administration skills

- Be proactive, hardworking and reliable

- Available for short and long term bookings

- Be able to provide excellent references to work in similar roles

- Have experience posting to invoices to the Purchase/Sales ledger

- Be able to complete regular payment runs efficiently and punctually

- Be confident in calling other businesses to related queries

- Be able to assist in the production of monthly/management accounts when necessary

- Be adaptable to support team members in different areas of accountancy

- Be able to Excel to an advanced standard

- Have experience in using CRM databases and other in-house accountancy programmes *accountancy qualifications are ideal but not essential*

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: £7.50 to £9.00 /hour

Price / Salary: £9 - £10/annum
