We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to join a multi-disciplinary practice in the Centre of Loughborough. You will be working on exciting projects in a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, education and healthcare.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Architect wanting to join a successful company with the opportunity to grow within the company and participate in social activities throughout the year.

Requirements for this Architect Role;

- Experience of working within a UK practice as a Part 3 Architect
- Being a member of RIBA or ARB is advantageous
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A good knowledge of UK building regulations
- A good understanding of AutoCAD
- A basic understanding of Revit is beneficial however training can be provided

Whilst working as a Architect you will be;

- Communicating with clients, contractors and colleagues from inception through to the completion
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
- Preparing drawings, building regulations and specifications
