Major National Landscaping Services Business in Northamptonshire currently looking to recruit X2 Experienced Landscape Team Leaders to start work at their Thames Valley Division based in Reading

We are looking for people to oversee the successful implementation and completion of planned landscaping projects, with a proven track record of delivering to timescale and on budget

With a high level of site experience delivering projects to a high quality with the ability to translate specs and site drawings into landscape delivery on the ground

Ability to plan your teams workload ensuring max output and efficiency at the same time as meeting deadlines and targets along with contingency planning for weather, ground and absence

Own responsibility for materials, plant and tooling

Be an excellent communicator, dealing with staff, contractors and clients alike acting as a role model for your team, passing on knowledge and skills

Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality, exceeding client expectation, providing solutions to all site and design challenges within budget and bringing long-term success to installed landscapes

H&S responsibilities of your team, H&S compliance and risk assesments with daily maintenance of vehicles, site and plant tools as per company policy

Applicants must possess driving licence, HR and QHSE experience and be prepared to be flexible to working hours

Relevant managerial/operational qualifications/CSCS would be advantageous

Salary upto £25500+OTE
