They have a product that is highly desirable, profitable and in demand both in the UK and international markets.

Your background

In order to be considered for this role, it is absolutely essential that you are fluent in French. Your background will be in sales of machinery from the construction, agriculture, groundcare, automotive or similar industries.

It would be highly desirable if you have worked directly for a British manaufacturer in an international business development or sales role and already have experience in managing dealers and end users in French speaking countries.

The role

Your role will be to drive growth in French speaking countries in Europe. You will be tasked with identifying new dealers and managing the relationship between the manufacturer and the existing dealer network. You will also be tasked with direct sales in regions that do not currently have a dealer in place.

Your targets will be based around revenue and you will be rewarded with a lucrative performance related bonus scheme. This role will require extensive travel and you will spend the majority of your time during the early days of your career travelling overseas.

The package

Circa £45,000 basic salary + performance related bonus + company bonus scheme + share options. Based upon the planned forecast for the region, you will be earning in excess of £100,000 within 2 years.
