We are currently looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our client based in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience of managing production lines and the control and utilisation of labour allocated to these production lines.

Duties will include -

* Attaining set production objectives against the production plan.

* Effective utilisation and management of staff to attain production plan objectives.

* Control of yields within set parameters.

* Achievement of quality thresholds

* Open, clear and effective communication to staff at all levels.

Previous experience from within a team leading role is essential along with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Numerical ability and Literacy is essential along with experience of operating computer software.

Hours will be between 7.00am and 6.00pm and ideally you will be available to work weekends. You will be needed to work 5 out of 7 days. Transport is essential due to location

Price / Salary: £8.71/hour
