Encore Aviation Airfreight Trainee Programme

This programme has been designed to help with staff shortages and allow non experienced individuals a chance to gain valuable skills within the Airfreight/Cargo industry.

The opportunity and job duties.

You will be trained in all aspects of basic warehouse duties, your training will include the following courses that are paid for by the client.

* Manual Handling Course
* Dangerous Goods Awareness
* Health & Safety
* CO (Cargo Operative)
* Forklift Licence

You will learn all about airfreight, loading & unloading, building & breaking pallets and the paperwork involved. This is a very busy industry operating 24 hours a day 365 days per year. Its hard work. If your shift falls on your birthday, Christmas etc. and you haven't pre booked it off you will have to work.

To ensure you get through the whole programme you must be willing to learn be flexible, no lateness, no NO shows, no sickness within the first 3 months. The client will be spending a lot of time and money and they require loyal employees with good work ethics.

Due to time and money being spent - no time wasters!

WHEN YOU ARE WORKING FOR ENCORE WE HAVE A 3 STRIKES POLICY, AS AN EXAMPLE IF YOUR LATE TWICE, NO SHOW ONCE, YOU WILL BE STOOD DOWN AND ISSUED YOUR P45.

Shifts can vary between days, nights a mixture of both depending on the airline shed you are required to work within. Always 12 hour shifts. Shift starts are days 6am - 6pm and nights 6pm to 6am, a standard pattern as an example. 2days, 2nights, 4off.

All potential trainee candidates will go through a group registration interview and education session. (25mins and 30mins to complete registration forms at the end)

We can accommodate 13 candidates in 1 session and the next session is Thursday 16th November 2017 @ 11am. You will need to contact Encore Aviation via Email to book your seat. We provide a FREE information pack and the session we provide drinks and nibbles.

Please note this is a group session but you don't have to talk in front of the group it's purely to save time and give you the information you need to confirm an interview with my client to ensure your chance on the Trainee programme.

Once you have completed your temp 2 perm period you will go PERM with the client and receive your perm salary which will give you another pay rise.
