We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in Middlesbrough who require a Registered General Nurse on a full-time night basis within a care home that provides nursing to the elderly. This is for a full time role that is for permanent night shifts.

Our client has an excellent and validated track record of providing high quality outcomes focused support services to a wide range of client groups across the North East.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading the care team during your shift
- Make certain that residents medical, physical and emotional requirements are met
- Ensure compliance within the homes clinical governance framework
- Motivate colleagues
- To communicate and listen effectively
- Develop, implement and evaluate nursing care plans

Strong people skills are a requirement for almost any job in the social sector but as a nurse these skills will be really tested and essential.

You will have the following:

- Preferred Min of 6 months post registration
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN,RMN) with Active pin
- Evidence of personal and professional development
- Well versed in care planning
- Strong knowledge of person centered care
- Fully familiar with clinical assessment tools
- Leadership skills
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Professional, friendly & a willing disposition
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Reliable & trustworthy
