Igloo has a new and very exciting opportunity for an experienced transport clerk to join our well known blue chip client based in Kettering.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is career hungry, who is enthusiastic and friendly who also enjoys interacting a lot with people

Ongoing duties for this position

* Completing daily transport paperwork and administration in line with company policies and procedures accurately
* To brief and debrief drivers, before and after completion of shifts
* Collating transport information for reporting purposes
* To build and maintain good working relationships with other distribution centres and stores, ensuring that excellent communication between all parties is always maintained
* Dealing with any issues or queries which may arise between the depots and stores
* Inputting data into isotrak accurately

The shift we are recruiting for is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
We have night shifts available, the hours are18:00 till 06:00.
The pay is £10 Per hour.

The ideal candidate

* Will be reliable and punctual
* Will show excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate information is being documented and reported
* To be able to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
* Will possess an excellent telephone manner,
* To be able to deal with queries effectively
* Will have strong numerical skills & be PC literate
* Will be able to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
