Established for over 50 years, our client are a first class engineering company who specialise in high end, low volume prototype engineering. Who are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer.

The Day to day role will be to work with our Tooling design team taking CAD models importing them into Delcam Power-mill, creating programs and then cutting the steels on our modern Doosan machines.

Ideal Candidates will have;
Experience in CAD/CAM and able to use the latest Delcam Power-mill
and Power shape software to creating CNC programs to produce the
finished product.
Good experience as a miller
Able to work from job cards, CAD data and drawings.
Experience in using Fanuc and Hiedenhaim controlled machines, would
consider cross training if you have good programming experience on
another system.
Schedule machining on 5 CNC machines

We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in problem solving and engineering. Able to programme offline understanding of both Fanuc and Heidenheimer controls is preferable, ideally apprentice trained, Must be able to use a 3-axis mill

You will be working in a small team but will need to manage your own
work load independently.
