Very exciting Customer Service Sales position has become available for a successful company based in Normanton
Your new role
Using our existing database of clients, you will be pro-actively contacting and interacting with key decision makers with the aim of building a trusting relationship through effective questioning and clarifications and increasing sales. You will ensure customers are always kept up to date with current products and promotions, looking for opportunities to cross-sell, up selling and provide the best possible solutions and service to our clients.
You will also respond to inbound enquiries and will update the CRM system as and when required along with general administrative tasks. You will be liaising and providing support to the sales team and other departments throughout our organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
With previous experience within outbound sales you will be a confident communicator, commercial and driven. Alongside this you will have impeccable customer service and a professional manner. You must have experience within a high-volume telephone sales area and clearly demonstrate examples of achievement in building active business levels in this area.
