We have a brand new role become available within one of the most prestigious companies in Bournemouth.

We are currently recruiting for a confident communicator and a experienced administrator to carry out a variety of risk critical tasks to finalise mortgage applications.

You will be working in a target driven and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for releasing funds to solicitors after assessing the Certificate of Title which is a legal document provided by the Solicitor.

To be successful in this role you need to display the following:

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work on 6 different systems at one time

- Be target driven

- Have a high degree of accuracy

- Ability to work under pressure

- Experience using MS Office

- High level of written and verbal communication

Due to the complexity of this role, the training period is 10-12 weeks, during this time your work will be 100% quality checked until you feel competent in your role.

Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

£8.52 per hour

3 month rolling contract, with temporary to permanent opportunities.
