Office Angels Crawley are supporting a company based in Horley in the growth of their current team. As the administrator you will be an integral part of the recruitment process being the main liaison for all candidates. You will need to be able to provide a high level of customer service for both candidates and clients. This could be the great start of a career in recruitment if you decided you wanted progression within the company.
Your duties will include:
* Main point of contact on the phone and email
* Welcome candidates into the office and set up with application forms
* Apply and chase for references
* Complete all compliance paperwork
* General office administration
* Calling clients to ascertain if they need any candidates for the following week
Person specification
* Ability to work alone as well as in a team
* Competent on Word/Excel/Outlook
* A confident personal on the phone and face to face
A temp to perm role so you must be available immediately
