Loading Bay Operatives --- Night Shifts Available --- Immediate Starts **

TRSG are currently seeking Loading Bay Operatives for our client in Atherstone. As a Loading Bay Operative you will have the ability to work alone within the warehouse, or as part of a team within a warehouse environment. Previous experience in a warehouse is ideal but is not necessary as full training will be provided. This training will include all health and safety and manual handling training.

Duties

Working in the warehouse, duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

General Warehouse duties
Loading & Unloading
The majority of roles available within the warehouse will require you to have a fairly good level of fitness, there can be lot of walking involved, so if you are keen to maintain your fitness in an active role, improve your fitness or just enjoy walking, then this could be the role for you.

Hours of work

You will be expected to be flexible to start work between the hours of 16:00 upto midnight. However shifts start at various times 17:30, 19:30, 23:59 and more besides so we have plenty of options to suit your requirements.

Requirements of the job

Attention to detail is essential
Flexibility to work any 4-5 days from 7 and you will always be expected to work on Monday's and Friday's
Be able to work to targets and to work on own initiative
You will be expected to follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations, specifically manual handling
You must be able to provide us with 5 years work history
Previous experience in a Warehouse/ Distribution centre is desirable
What do we need from you?

Not as much as you might think! As with any job, punctuality is important, and you should have a keen eye for detail. An interest in Health and Safety would be great and as stated, previous experience in a warehouse would be welcomed, but isn't always necessary. If you are keen to take on a new challenge, and start earning money, we would love to hear from you.Public transport is very limited so your own transport is preferable or if you have a friend who is looking for work you can car pool.
