Do you have 3 or more year's experience working as a Process Technologist/Senior Process Technologist within the Food Industry? My client is looking for driven individuals who are keen to work alongside and help drive great results within an NPD environment.

I'm looking for a driven individual who is keen to work alongside and help drive great results in an NPD environment. You will be Working alongside the NPD team developing new products and ensuring a high standard of process in brand creation. You will be involved in NPD trials to understand New Products and also factory trials.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- To oversee the responsibility for Product Development / Innovations activity within all assigned channels
- To ensure all HACCP requirements are met within defined area of customer responsibility prior to line trialing.
- To lead cross-functional Project Teams as required.
- To proactively identify and recommend methods of value engineering for existing products.
- To lead the development of food culture within the channel and business.
- To lead contributions to development of the channel strategy with a key focus on food, innovation and process.
- Work closely with the commercial functions to ensure product briefs are fully understood and NPD is fit for purpose.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Food technology or equivalent
- 3 years as a minimum experience working as a process technologist
- Strong computer skills with a range of software including Excel, Word and the Internet
- Energy and drive to develop your own career and company processes

Price / Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum
