Site Manager - Social Housing

Family run company, career progression and excellent performance related bonuses.

You will be responsible for managing sub contractors on a number of timber frame houses.

Managing 20/25 unit sites for housing association projects.

The successful candidate will have:

* Extensive experience working within Building and Construction on Affordable Housing projects.
* Have experience in delivering timber frame housing projects
* Experience managing Assistant Site Managers and Foreman's would be advantageous.
* All relevant qualifications and Health & Safety certifications for a Site Manager.
* Experience of working to CDM regulations
