We are currently recruiting for a Call Centre Manager to join the growing team and company based in West Cornwall.
The Position
* Overall management of different campaigns including debt management, RTA compensation and life insurance.
* Management of call centre agents within the call centre
* Accountable for the performance , productivity and quality of the campaign
* Responsible to motivate and drive their team to maximum efficiency
* Be appointed to bring out the best in the individuals within the team and maximise their potential
* Provide on-going daily support for members of the team and be first point of contact for staffing issues
You're Experience
* 3 years call centre management experience
* Working knowledge of using a Stats Dialer
* Proven experience of managing performance within a sales and service environment.
* Proven experience of leading a team
* Experience working within either debt management, life insurance or RTA compensation sales
* Proven experience of managing performance within a sales and service environment.
* Good understanding of call centre practices, KPIs etc.
* A proven track record in performance and achieving targets within a call centre environment
* Good level of computer literacy (MS Word,, MS Excel, Call centre software)
