Job Title: Manufacturing Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Circa £55k

Factory Technical Manager - The Candidate:

* Do you have at least 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Management or Operations Management with a fast-paced Food Manufacturing company?
* Have you worked with a food manufacturer that supplies the major retailers and are you used to their standards?
* Can you drive results through employee engagement?
* An Engineering background would be advantageous.

Factory Technical Manager - The Role:

* Manage the site's Manufacturing / Operations teams, comprising in excess of 100 staff from Shift Managers down to Operators.
* Drive performance across the KPI's through employee engagement.
* Identify and drive change where it needs it
