HGV Driver with HIAB Leading Plant & Pump Hire Company Bedford £11.56 per hour - Temporary

An industry leading and long established plant and pump hire company are looking to recruit an experienced HGV Driver with HIAB to join their branch in Bedford on a temporary basis initially for 5 weeks but there is potential for it to be longer.

Working from the branch in Bedford you will be responsible for the loading, delivering and unloading of large industrial pumps to construction sites or within branches. This will be working in a fast paced but friendly environment.

You should be an experienced HGV Driver and it is essential you have a HGV License Class 2 with no more than 6 points on and a valid HIAB ticket, the following is desirable:

Digital Tachograph Driver Card
Current lorry loader crane operators licence
Current counter balance fork lift truck licence
Plant loader / securer
CPCS lorry loader or CPCS loading and securing
Driver qualifications card and/or periodic CPC certification
First aid certificate
ADR

Salary: £11.56 per hour on a 40 hour working week. Saturday overtime is half x ½ and Sunday overtime is double pay plus a call out rota
