THIS WELL ESTABLISHED FIRM WHO DISTRIBUTE UK WIDE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO JOIN THEIR BUSY TEAM
This role will be you handling customer calls and emails with general queries dealing with billing queries, delivery issues and general product queries. You will be flexible and adaptable and be used to thinking around issues to get problems resolved
For this role you will be from a customer services background and you will be happy to work shifts between 6am-5pm and will be happy with some weekend shifts too
For this role you will be available to work full time and happy to take on a variety of tasks within the team.
