The Rec Pool Group are actively recruiting for an Relationship Manager / Account Manager, on a full time, permanent basis. The role is working for an established Payroll / Umbrella related firm based in Liverpool City Centre, in their executive offices based by Albert Dock on Princes Parade. The role offers full in house training related to their internal database and processes, a professional working environment and good career opportunities. This position is a Non-Sales Relationship Manager / Account Manager post.

The role:

* Dealing with existing clients exclusively
* Handling the after care service of clients
* Any ad hoc customer service issues or queries
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
* Providing a professional and reliable service throughout

The person:

* Professional telephone manner and conduct
* IT literate and comfortable using standard Office packages
* Previous Account Management or Relationship Management experience; industry background in Legal, Financial, Insurance or Payroll sectors
* Problem solving mentality
* Able to handle potentially challenging customers in a calm and effective manner
* Dedicated and receptive to training

The package:

* Basic salary £22000 - £25000
* Quarterly bonus, depending on company performance
