In-House Recruitment Manager; Permanent; Up to £35,000 per anum + competitive benefits; based in Blackpool

Our valued, progressing and leading client is looking for a In-House Recruitment Manager to head up their In-House recruitment function. As an ever expanding business they require the Recruitment Manager to lead on end-to-end recruitment as well as providing guidance and advice in regards to recruitment needs. Due to the requirements of the role, the Recruitment Manager will need to be highly self sufficient and be able to organise their own time effectively. This Recruitment Manager job is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to work in a fast paced, goal driven environment.

The core duties and responsibilities will include (but by no means limited to):

* Writing engaging advertisements, phone screening, creating shortlists, proactively searching for candidates, and follow all stages of the recruitment process.
* Building an effective network of candidates using various different methods including LinkedIn and job boards.
* Arranging interviews, assist with assessment centres, and coordinate with departmental managers.
* Working effectively within the HR team to devise the best recruitment strategies going forward.
* Advising managers on general recruitment and best practice.

Essentially, our client is looking for a proactive, self-sufficient, highly motivated recruiter with extensive experience delivering first class recruitment at a high level within an in-house environment. The ideal candidate will have the requisite knowledge and skills in their previous employment to transition straight into the role. Furthermore, have the confidence in their own ability to advise about the direction of recruitment required for the business as a whole.
