HR Recruitment Officer - Leicestershire - up to £25,000

Our client is a highly successful British manufacturer who, due to increased work load, are now looking for an experienced HR or recruitment professional join their HR team to support predominantly with resourcing.

This will be a fast paced role handling in excess of 60+ volume permanent roles at any one time. The majority of these will be at operational level however likely 10% of roles would be managerial or professional services. You will own the recruitment process from start to finish and will need to have excellent organisation skills and Excel skills to manage the high volumes of candidates. You'll need to be proactive in pushing the recruitment process forward, keeping strong and constant communication channels open with managers to ensure the recruitment process continues.

You'll help to sift, screen and shortlists candidates for managers and will also manage the offer management process. Working with colleagues you'll ensure HR paperwork goes out and start dates and inductions are co-ordinated with Managers. As part of the HR team there will also be a chance, especially after a period of time, to get involved in more generalist HR activities and project work too.

To be successful in the role you will ideally have very strong organisational skills, be an excellent user of Excel and be able to demonstrate using and monitoring trackers for high volumes of roles. Your background will ideally be from a similar in-house recruitment or HR role dealing with high volumes of candidates or you may be from an equivalent background within agency looking to take that step into HR.

Although CIPD or similar would be welcomed, experience and attitude are more important.
