[ Project Office Support / PMO / Project Analyst / Project Co-ordinator ]
We are urgently seeking a dynamic all round Project Coordinator / Project Office Support Analyst who has experience of working in a SharePoint environment it's worth stressing that this is definitely not SharePoint Administration or Development level though, if you have experience of working with SharePoint in previous Project Office Support roles we'd love to hear from you.
The main skills and experience we're interested in are:
Governance; writing and updating documents
Change Control: process implementation, managing documentation
Risk & Issue Management; working with owners to define risks and issues, resulting actions and mitigations, etc
SharePoint experience; managing the document repository, version control, naming convention, configuration control
Reporting: preparing and collating all levels of reports, including analytics and pictures/diagrams
