My client is looking for an Installations and Maintenance Planner at their head office in Leicestershire.
Purpose of Position:
The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage new and existing installations, while maintaining a statutory maintenance program utilising internal and external recourses. To effectively liaise with Team members and other Departments relating to any installations issues. To assist with the administration of the installation and upgrades, whilst maintaining a good working relationship between the customer and the client.
Key Accountabilities
Accurately provide customers information on systems and progress of Installation and engineering works
To be able to efficiently provide resolutions to customers concerns over the telephone
To arrange and manage crane drivers, technicians and external contractors to attend customers sites to carry out engineering works
Ensure that all safety and operational procedures are adhered to
Liaise with other departments to ensure communication channels are maintained to provide the best possible service to internal departments
To produce and update existing spread sheet reports and manual report systems
To ensure administrative procedures are followed
