Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an area pharmacy manager for a very successful brand. Covering from Leicestershire down to Bedfordshire and some of the surrounding counties, you will be part of a senior management team who are passionate about delivering great service through their pharmacy managers

The role

* You will lead a team of pharmacy managers and pharmacists to deliver not only planned profit and financial targets, but also to deliver outstanding service to customers.
* Meeting all of the necessary legal, professional and ethical requirements goes without saying.
* You will also build strong and lasting relationships with local commissioners and relevant professional bodies to improve service participation and raise brand credibility.

The person

* Successful candidates will have retail management experience with knowledge of pharmacy operations, NHS structure and local commissioning stakeholders.
* You will need to be a strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, coupled with excellent planning and organising skills.
* Field management experience is desirable, and having a full driving licence is of course essential.
