Is your main goal in life to support those in their daily lives and help them achieve future goals?

BS Social Care are proud to be assisting an award winning Learning Disabilities provider in their search for a Support Worker to support those with Autism and Learning Disabilities in a day centre environment based in Dunfermline, as well as out and about in the community. You will be responsible for supporting those in activities in the community such as horse riding, walks in the local nature parks as well as creative activities in the day centre such as arts and crafts.

We are looking for applicants who would like a varied job and job satisfaction whilst having the chance to make a difference in people`s live. You will need to have previous experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour and a qualification in Health and Social Care would be advantageous.

The role:

- Working in day centre setting providing care to clients with Learning Difficulties and Autism spectrum

- Working 39 hours per week / day shifts

- Attractive salary / £8.60 per hour

Skills Needed:

- Learning Difficulties experience

- Experience with Autism

- Hold SVQ2 (desirable)
