About you

You'll already have a proven track record in clinical management in a pharmacy, optical or dentistry environment, with a clear understanding of all the facets of area management, from performance to culture, people to compliance.

You'll be a key influencer - leading by example and helping to inform and shape the decisions of those above you, whilst building strong relationships with your clinicians and teams.

You'll possess strong analytical skills, and be able to use those skills to improve performance, identify opportunities, analyse results and drive (and champion) change.

Crucially you'll be as committed to customer choice and service as the client is, and have a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent care to customers and staff.

You'll have:

* The ability to deliver results in challenging circumstances
* The drive to continuously maintain standards and improve procedures in line with industry best practice
* A clear focus on performance delivery, KPIs and future growth plans
* A desire to help shape company strategy, the inspirational leadership style to ensure you take your teams with you, and the performance management skills to coach and mentor your teams to deliver
