A well established reputable national organization is recruiting for support workers for their 8 bed Residential Care Home in Henbury, Bristol. You will mainly be supporting Adults who can have learning disabilities and Autism who may display challenging behaviour (mild physical).

Main Job Role:
- Support them with everyday duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
- Assist them with any activities they take part in
- Accompany them to bowling, cafes, cinema, restaurants etc
- Support them out in the community and health appointments
- Help and support with personal care (no manual handling)

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £15,880 per annum = £7.65 an hour (£14,320) + £30 per sleep (£1,560)
- 3 shifts per week which are 9am - 9pm (Mondays to Fridays with alternative weekend)
- Must do 1 sleep in per week: 9am - 10pm (sleep) till 7am and finish at 9am
- Full time contract of 36 hours a week
- Rota will be given 4 weeks in advance (not rolling)

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
