Furniture Retail Manager

One of the UKs leading specialist retailers' with large format stores throughout the UK, that continue to grow year on year. They are widely regarded as some of the best in the country and currently have career opportunities in the Nottinghamshire area, within a 15 mile drive off Nottingham city centre.

Looking for a hands-on dynamic department leader that will be focused in developing a customer oriented team, as well as driving sales and maximizing profits, while creating inspirational visual displays for the store. Will also need to be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and display a "can do" attitude at all times.

To be the ideal candidate you will: work side by side with the general manager to optimise profit; have experience working in a fast-paced environment; have the ability to achieve results by motivating the team to perform at its best constantly; have competent IT skills for weekly sales and profit reports; ensure store standards meet company protocols.

As well as potential for career development, you can expect a great benefits package, paying up to £30,000 salary per annum, depending on previous experience.
