Executive Search Consultant

£25000-£40000 (Excellent chance of earning Six Figure Income at Top End)

Ideally you would have recent Executive Search Consultant experience or have dealt with the recruitment to Senio Roles (£50-100K)

A prestigious executive search consultancy has an immediate requirement for an experienced Executive Search consultant.

The position comes via their continued growth and success placing senior level roles on both a national and international basis.

ROLE

The position involves developing business relationships within niche sectors across the UK.

Your role will be to research the general landscape of UK sectors and services to develop a number of key clients to pitch your services to.

The company is not looking for a volume, "spray and pray" approach to client development.

They want to engage with a consultative, sensible individual who appreciates how to build relationships and understand what the prospective client does and needs.

Your role will be a mix of telephone work and face to face meetings and you will be supported by the senior management team in said meets to get the best results.

PERSON

The company feel this role will suit an individual with a strong track record of success in their career to date, ideally in executive search or who believe they are ready to make the step up to executive search / senior appointments.

You have likely operated in professional services recruitment, probably placing in the £50k-150k space and are a confident end to end recruiter.

All disciplines will be considered, the key to your success being a confident demeanour, the ability to pitch and sell high end staffing solutions and not be afraid to ask for the business.

You may have had one or two recruitment "jobs" so far and are now looking for a career.

PACKAGE

Salary is dependent on experience and can be anywhere between £25k - 40k basic with an ote adding significantly to that.

At the top end, six figure income is achievable
