My client, a leading top sub-contractor in the civils industry is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on a variety of civils and landscaping projects. My client is a family owned business that work with Main Contractors, Developers, and Architects in developing and installing some of the most prestigious landscaping projects in the UK.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will need to have experience working for a civils sub-contractor or a build contractor with either a civil engineering or build background. Ideally on JCT/ NEC forms of contract. A Qualification is also required ideally a degree but HNC / HND or Degree and also Professional Membership, MRICS or MCInstCES.
