Freelance Site Manager required for Monday 27th November start in Milton Keynes. Initial 12 weeks work offered on a new build supermarket with additional projects secured in Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire. Up to £260 per day available!

My Client is an established Main Contractor specialising in Industrial and Retail build projects valued up to £30m and due to a growing order book, they are looking to expand their Operations Team in Milton Keynes with a Freelance Site Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for:

Managing direct and Subcontractor operatives on-site
Procurement of labour, materials and plant
Delivering site inductions and tool box talks
Safety inspections and planning on-site
Reviewing RAMS and drawings
Quality control
Attending Site and Subcontractor meetings
Maintaining Company safety standards & procedure

Successful candidates must possess valid CSCS (Black Card), First Aid at Work and SMSTS accreditation twinned with a minimum of 8 years Site Management experience ideally working on Retail projects valued up to £10m.
