EXCELLENT HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER OPPORTUNITIES - ONGOING POSITIONS

For this role YOU will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of EBBW VALE

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

£11.00 per hour LTD

PAYE RATES ARE AVAILABLE

ROLE INFORMATION:

Rapier Employment is currently seeking HGV Class 2 drivers in the EBBW VALE area. This will be to work with our client DHL Trade Team, based in EBBW VALE. The Job will entail you to deliver drinks and bottles to leading brand pubs and clubs as well as the smaller venues. This role involves manual handling; this can be a physical role and arduous at times.

Successful applicants will need to complete a 5 day training course run by the client. Training can be arranged to start ASAP.

A typical day will involve you starting at depot and delivering to 6 to 8 venues, once you are at the venue you will be required to unload the load and place this where the customer wishes and deal with all paperwork.

You are then required to pick up any empties from the site and move to your next drop. After your last drop, you will return to site and unload the empties from your trailer (mostly forked off). Then you need to complete debrief and check for your run the next day.

We are looking for drivers who are seeking an enjoyable working environment and that can place customer service at the forefront of their work. The job is highly rewarding and includes access to Rapier Rewards for qualifying drivers.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:

* Guaranteed 40 hours payed per week
* LTD Basic £11.00 per hour (PAYE RATES ARE AVAILABLE)
* Monday to Friday work with occasional Saturdays
* Early starts available - 0400 to 0600
* Ongoing Work available
* Loading and unloading of vehicle is required

IDEALLY YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

* HGV Class 2 Driving Licence
* Newly qualified drivers welcome to apply
* Customer service experience
* "Can do" attitude
* No DR10's No CD10's No IN10's - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
* Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
* Be used to lifting heavy items during delivery
