Revit MEP Engineer / Revit MEP Technician

£35,000 - £42,500 + travel and competitive bonus / pension.

A nationally recognized multidiscipline consultancy based in Leeds are on the lookout for a Revit Technician to work on some ground breaking residential and commercial projects.

This organization is seen as specialists in the residential and commercial field and therefore someone from a similar background would be preferred. They recently completed a £48 million high end residential project based in Chester and also have some international projects on the horizon.

Ideally, you will have experience in the following areas:

- BSc / MSc in Building Services (or related discipline)

- Background in Consulting design

- Experience working in a range of different sectors

- Minimum of 2 years professional Revit MEP experience

The candidate would need to be able to think innovatively and creatively in order to create ground breaking results for the projects. They would also be highly collaborative and promote the organizations company value e.g. fair treatment for all.

There is the opportunity to move in to a BIM role in future with training being funded and supported by the business.

The office is commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, Sale, Bolton, Stockport, Oldham and Stockport.
