Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Nurse to work within a small, purpose-buill care home in Croydon, set in compact but beautifully maintained gardens, with excellent transport links London and surrounding areas. There is a pleasant conservatory overlooking the rear garden and the home is a short walk from Croydon centre.

My client provides 24-hour nursing care and palliative care for older people as well as offering the opportunity for short-term respite stays, perhaps for convalescents after an operation or to give a family member a break from caring for a loved one. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

You will be putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants. The successful Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer Nights, 42 hours per week.

Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
