Avanti Recruitment are working with a leading software company based in the Centre of Liverpool who are currently recruiting for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join their technical team. The purpose of the role is to help develop a number of Greenfield web applications for a number of high profile clients as well as mentoring the junior development team.

The role offers excellent career progression as you will have the autonomy to make decisions on behalf of the department and will be involved in mapping out project architecture / planning development sprints. They also use cutting edge technology and their current tech stack is JavaScript, Aurelia, Node.js and NoSQL database however, they are open to ideas and are looking for someone to guide them on projects moving forward.

The ideal candidate would be someone who can quickly connect and collaborate with the development team to deliver great results. A candidate who can bring in ideas from other areas of expertise and software development would be beneficial.

Essential skills:
HTML5, CSS3
CSS Preprocessors SASS, LESS
Good understanding of Object oriented programming principals
JavaScript with a modern framework / library (Aurelia, Angular, React, Vue)
Server technologies Node.js, PHP
Databases NoSQL, Elasticsearch, Redis etc

Desirable skills:
Docker, Linux
Mobile development Cordova, iOS, Android
