JOB - LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION - NEAR HARLOW
DURATION - 6 MONTHS
RATE - £10-£15 p/h
An excellent opportunity has presented itself as a Logistics Administrator for a large Pharmaceutical company heavily involved in R&D within the health care sector.
Premier Group are working extremely closely alongside the Pharmaceutical company based near Harlow on their search for an individual with a niche skill set to fulfil the role on a 6 month contract with the posibility of a permanent role.
Position Overview:
* Providing support in organising, booking and claiming of travel and expenses.
* Assist the team with organising and coordinating general meetings.
* Tracking of tasks to completion.
* Support day to day administrative tasks.
* Managing the overall administration of the department.
* Add, extend end date, remove and maintain partner employees in Access Centre.
* Develop excel spreadsheets as appropriate.
Logistic Administrator Responsibilities:
* Support Logistics area in all aspects of distribution.
* Support Day to day transnational processing within SAP
* Daily inventory management
* Work with our external warehousing partners.
* Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports.
* Provide any other support as required to the supply chain teams.
Logistic Administrator Skills:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and customer focused.
* Proactive and initiative to identifies problems at early stages and source solutions.
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint/ Engagezone.
* Able to continue development of work flow and data management tools.
